Bobby J. Mullinax is the Owner of Traffic Cop Labs, a public safety training and technology company specializing in collision reconstruction and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). He delivers both online and in-person training focused on UAS mapping, forensic mapping, photogrammetry, and video analysis for law enforcement and public safety agencies nationwide.

A former police officer with the Spartanburg (SC) Police Department and former instructor at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, Bobby is currently an instructor with the Florida Public Safety Institute. He has conducted training in 12 states and counting, instructed nationally recognized UAS mapping courses for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and has been published in the Accident Reconstruction Journal and Collision Magazine. He is also recognized as a PhotoModeler Ambassador and develops custom reconstruction software and purpose-built hardware solutions, including the Fusion Rover GNSS mapping system for high-accuracy forensic documentation.
