My primary focus is to provide Crash Data Retrieval consulting, equipment, and training to insurance companies, law firms, and law enforcement agencies.

I have been involved in Crash Data Retrieval technology for over 20 years. In addition to being a CDR Technician and Analyst, I am a CDR Technician Trainer, and previously co-instructed a CDR Technician Trainer Certification Course. In 2021 my company became a Bosch listed CDR Tool training organization. In 2024 I became Adjunct Faculty for the Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM). I am responsible for the course development and the lead instructor for the Bosch CDR Tool Technician online training course.

I have also attended additional specialized training to trouble-shoot communication problems and obtain data in situations where other technicians might not be able to. I have been a guest lecturer on the subject of Crash Data Retrieval numerous times across the United States including the annual EDR Summit held in Texas, WREX 2023 (FL), and the 2024 NAPARS EDR Symposium on EDR Research and Training (OK).
