Brian Niec has served in law enforcement since 2003, with a primary focus on traffic enforcement and collision investigation. In 2007, he became a crash reconstructionist and has since investigated and reconstructed hundreds of crashes, including serious injury and fatal collisions. His work includes scene documentation, vehicle inspections, event data recorder (EDR) analysis, speed calculations, and application of physics principles to determine crash causation.

Brian is ACTAR accredited through the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction, demonstrating recognized competency in crash reconstruction.
