The ForensicCrash App Goes Into Beta This Weekend

ForensicCrash.net has spent its whole life on a desktop. After some serious prodding by one of our advertisers (You know who you are!), this weekend, it moves into your pocket. We built an App!
The ForensicCrash mobile app enters beta testing this weekend, and the first round of testers have already received their invitations to download the app. If you have requested to be part of the beta round for the app, we will get you in the next round, so keep an eye on your inbox. We will bring in the second round with a broader group as soon as we have heard back from the initial small pool of testers.
So what did we actually build? The short version: everything you use the site for daily, made for the way you actually work — in a training room, at a scene, in a hotel lobby between sessions.
It comes down to three things. Connect — the full member directory and vendor listings, with "near me" so you can find the people and companies around you, ACTAR badges and all. Equip — the marketplace and job board, live, in your hand. Learn — the training calendar, class check-in by QR code, your registrations, and your class documents. The whole training hub, mobile.
No more squinting at the desktop site through a phone browser. This is the real thing, built for the phone.
We're rolling out on Android first, with iOS to follow. The first beta is small and deliberate — we'd rather find the rough edges with a handful of people than hundreds. Wider access opens up as we work through the list. If you want in on a later round, email us at admin@forensiccrash.net and we'll consider you – not everyone will be able to participate due to app store restrictions.
