This course is a Hybrid remote synchronous course offering. It will be both live in-person at the host agency, as well as live on Zoom for anyone wishing to attend remotely. This advanced-level course is designed for traffic crash investigation and reconstruction professionals seeking to strengthen their ability to apply Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) information within comprehensive collision reconstructions. Instruction focuses on advanced analytical methods for incorporating CDR data into reconstruction methodology and interpreting vehicle event data within the broader context of physical evidence and engineering principles. Students will work through practical applications designed to strengthen analytical decision-making and improve confidence when incorporating event data into professional crash reconstruction.
