Class Mapper is a visual schedule builder for trainers and providers. You lay a multi-day course out on a board — one column per day — and drop in sessions, breaks, and meals. Start and end times are calculated for you as you arrange the blocks, so you never hand-math an agenda again. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere or stored on our servers.

Set up the course

Open Course & Classes Setup and enter the title, provider, and lead instructor. Set a Course Start Date and each day is dated for you in order; the End Date fills in automatically. Add a Venue (the main site), then add one or more classes (the certificate-bearing units).

Understand the color legend

The color legend is just a key for your printed agenda — type what each color means (e.g., Lecture, Lab, Exam). You don’t create sessions here; you pick a color when you add a session or break, and the legend prints alongside the schedule to explain them.

Build each day

Each day is a column. Use + Session to add an instructional block (set its length and the break that follows it), or + Break / Meal for standalone breaks. A meal divides the day, and the Morning / Afternoon / Evening labels are set automatically from the clock. Click any card to edit it; drag cards up/down or between days and the times recalculate.

Adjust a single day

Click a day’s header to edit it. A day can have its own start time (overrides the course default) and its own location / room (overrides the venue) — useful when one day starts later or runs at a different building. Use Copy on a day to duplicate it with the same sessions and breaks, then just rename them.

Review, save & reuse

Switch to Rendered View for a clean, print-ready agenda (Print / Save-as-PDF), or 📱 Mobile to preview on a phone. Save (JSON) writes the whole schedule to your computer; Load picks it back up. Create Template clears the dates so you can reuse the layout for the next offering.
